Shipping & Delivery Policy

We deliver across India. How your order reaches you, and what it costs, depends on where you are. The exact delivery option and charge for your address are always shown at checkout before you place the order.

Express local delivery

• Available for addresses in the pincodes we serve near our store. Checkout shows it automatically when your address qualifies.
• Delivered by our own delivery staff, usually within about 30 minutes of your order being confirmed, during working hours.
• Delivery charge: ₹29.00, free on orders of ₹499.00 or more.

Courier delivery (rest of India)

• Orders are packed and handed to our courier partner within 1–2 working days.
• Delivery usually takes 3–7 working days after dispatch, depending on your location.
• Delivery charge: ₹59.00 per order, free on orders of ₹999.00 or more.
• Once shipped, the courier name and tracking number appear under My Orders.

Business and bulk orders

For business accounts, large orders are shipped by courier or transport at the actual freight cost. We confirm the delivery charge with you, and update the GST invoice, before the order is dispatched.

Delivery

• Please make sure someone is available at the address and the phone number is reachable. We will try to contact you if we cannot find the address.
• For cash on delivery, please keep the payable amount ready.
• If a delivery fails because the address was wrong or nobody was available, we may charge the delivery again for a second attempt.
• Please check the package on delivery. If it is damaged or leaking, tell the delivery person and contact us within 48 hours, as described in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Delays

Delivery times are estimates. Weather, strikes, public holidays or courier disruptions can cause delays; we will keep you informed and, if an order cannot be delivered, cancel it and refund you in full.
