These terms apply when you use https://chabuk.co.in/ (the "website"), operated by RMF Traders ("Chabuk", "we", "us"), and when you place an order with us. By using the website or placing an
order you agree to them, together with our
Privacy Policy,
Cancellation & Refund Policy and
Shipping & Delivery Policy.
Your account
- You must be 18 or older and give accurate details, including a working mobile number and delivery address.
- You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for orders placed from your account.
- We may suspend an account that is used fraudulently or in breach of these terms.
Business accounts
- Business (B2B) pricing, quantity discounts and credit terms are available only after we approve your business
account. We may approve, decline or withdraw approval at our discretion.
- Where we grant credit terms, the credit limit and payment period shown in your account apply. Overdue amounts
may lead to credit being paused.
- Quotations are valid until the date stated on them, and only for the quantities quoted.
Products and prices
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include GST unless stated
otherwise. Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay.
- Some products have a minimum order quantity or are sold in fixed multiples; the website applies these
automatically.
- We try to describe products and prices accurately. If a product is listed at an obviously wrong price, we may
cancel the order and refund anything paid.
- Product images are for illustration; packaging may vary.
Orders
- An order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation. We may cancel an order before dispatch, for
example if an item is out of stock or cannot be delivered to your address, and will refund anything paid.
- A GST tax invoice is issued for every confirmed order and is available under
My Orders.
Payment
- Depending on your order and account, you can pay by cash on delivery, online (UPI, cards, net banking and wallets, processed securely by Razorpay),
or on credit terms for approved business accounts.
- For online payment, your items are held for 30 minutes. If payment is not
completed in that time, the order is cancelled automatically and the items are released. If money is taken
after that, it is refunded automatically.
- Please keep the exact amount ready for cash on delivery.
Coupons and offers
- Coupons and offers have their own conditions (minimum order, validity dates, usage limits) shown when you apply
them. Only one coupon can be used per order.
- Coupons have no cash value. We may withdraw an offer at any time; offers already applied to a confirmed order
are honoured.
- If an order is cancelled, the coupon can be used again where its conditions still allow.
Reviews and content you post
Reviews must be honest and about products you have used. We may decline or remove reviews that are abusive,
misleading or unrelated to the product.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are
not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms
limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in
Delhi. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any issue directly.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place an order applies to that order.
